With over 17 years in the Florida real estate industry, Lady Torres brings a wealth of experience to her role as Director of Operations. Specializing in project management, transaction coordination, marketing and team development, Lady is a licensed Real Estate Agent and Notary Public known for her meticulous attention to detail. She expertly guides each transaction from contract to closing, ensuring every step is handled smoothly and on time. Valued for her personable approach, Lady fosters a collaborative environment where team members thrive and grow with each project.

Lady’s professional journey includes ten years as Director of Operations, most recently with a team at COMPASS Florida LLC and ONE Sotheby’s International Realty. She also spent six years as a Closing and Transaction Coordinator at Brown Harris Stevens | Zilbert, where she was promoted to Assistant Office Manager, and began her career as a Title Processor with Colonial America Title Services, managing title and loan documentation to ensure seamless closings.

Originally from Ecuador, Lady moved to New York City with her family at the age of six, later residing in Massachusetts, where her family embraced a foundation in Christian values. Seeking greater opportunities, the family eventually relocated to Florida, where Lady attended Miami Dade College before completing her education at the University of Phoenix.

Beyond her career, Lady finds joy and balance as a devoted mother to two energetic toddlers, an enthusiastic runner who has completed numerous marathons, a passionate plant lover, and an avid photographer.
